Terms of Service
Last updated September 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of NettoMe (nettome.pl), operated by NettoMe (nettome.pl). Using the service means accepting them.
This is not tax advice
NettoMe is an educational calculator. It models Polish tax rules as we understand them for the rates year shown on your comparison, from the figures you enter. It does not know your full circumstances, and it is not a substitute for a licensed tax advisor (doradca podatkowy) or accountant. Verify anything before you act on it, and especially before you change your form of taxation: most of those choices are binding for the year.
Tax law changes. Rates are updated once a year and every comparison states which year it used. An older saved scenario keeps computing against the year it was saved with.
Your account
The calculator needs no account. Saving scenarios does. Through Google sign-in, and you are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from the Scenarios page at any time.
Your scenarios
What you save stays yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and we claim no rights over it.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Don’t try to disrupt it, work around its rate limits, scrape it in bulk, or use it to process other people’s personal data without a lawful basis for doing so.
Availability and warranty
The service is free of charge and provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change or discontinue it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make on the basis of these calculations. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded. Including for intentional fault, and including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the service after a change, that change applies to you.
Governing law
Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
